Remind Me is an idea created by four third year college students who want to raise awareness on Alzheimers disease to young adults. As part of the group, I took the role of being the lead graphic designer. 

As a group, we decided to create an online environment that's friendly, easy to use and memorable for viewers in order to get a better understanding on what Alzheimersdisease is and how to deal with family members or friends who suffer with the disease.
